1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Defender360 services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Defender360 provides a multi-tenant ITSM (IT Service Management) SaaS platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Our services include ticket management, CMDB, SLA management, and various integrations.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with service operation
  • Resell services without authorization

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the services.

6. Multi-Tenant Architecture

Our platform uses multi-tenant architecture with Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure complete data isolation. Each tenant's data is logically separated and inaccessible to other tenants.

7. Service Level Agreement

Service availability and support terms are defined in the applicable Service Level Agreement for your subscription tier.

8. Payment Terms

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Overdue payments may result in service suspension

9. Intellectual Property

Defender360 and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the services. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Defender360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Defender360 harmless from any claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.

13. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
